This module suggests that interdisciplinary teaching should be used in a whole school approach in order to e ffectively promote physical activity. This module will help you a) understand the concept of interdisciplinary teaching, b) understand the role of interdisciplinary teaching in the promotion of physical activity within the school context, c) develop knowledge concerning how interdisciplinary teaching can promote physical activity, and d) understand how these guidelines can be implemented into real life practice via examples.
